Aromatherapy Serenity Massage
60 minutes - $65        90 minutes - $90
This massage uses aromatherapy and is very hypnotic and soothing to the nervous system. Excellent for stress.

Deep Tissue Meridian Massage - 75 minutes $80
This is my "signature" massage, and also incorporates aromatherapy. Strokes align with and stimulate acupuncture meridians in the body while simutaneously releasing muscular tension. A powerful massage that will leave you feeling rejuvenated from head to toe.

Traditional Thai Massage - 60 minutes - $65 90 minutes - $90
This massage is done on a mat with the client fully clothed, wearing loose, comfortable clothing. It lasts approximately an hour and incorporates stretches that move and stimulate the meridian system (energy lines used in acupuncture). It is a completely different experience from table massage, one that leaves you feeling vibrantly alive and energized. I first experienced this fantastic bodywork while visiting Thailand years ago. If you haven't had a Thai massage yet, you should definitely check it out!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 60 minutes    $65
Stimulating the lymphatic system, it helps to flush away toxins as it takes cares and worries with it. Uses a lighter touch than my other work.

Aruvedic Abhyanga Massage - 60 minutes    $75
A full masage that uses long patterned strokes and sesame oil to stimulate the body's natural detoxification.

Deep Tissue Problem Area Target Massage - 35 minutes $45
A form of neuromuscular re-education for the person who wants deep work in specific problem areas. This work can be incredibly powerful. Body Insight is a proprietary for of deep muscle work that releases both body and mind from patterns of chronic tension and the "muscle memory" keeping them in place.

Tuning Fork Sound Therapy - 30 minutes - $35 (Or add to any massage for only $15.)
This form of sound therapy will leave you feeling divinely calm, relaxed and energized. I use the harmonic tones of Solfeggio tuning forks in a specific way that both cleanses your energy field as it shifts and moves healing energy throughout your chakras and entire auric field. The session is both powerful and profound. Clients often report feelings of harmony, extreme relaxation and inner peace both during and following a tuning fork session. Adding it to the end of a massage amplifies these feelings.

Energy Field Healing (Reiki, & Therapeutic Touch)
30 minutes - $35
Using Therapeutic Touch & Reiki, this session uses the subtle energies that both surround your body in the aura and permeate your body to give it life and vitality. It uses both light touch and no touch techniques to move, shift and disperse energy in ways that promote emotional wellness and empower the body's innate healing abilities. This type of healing work has been used by laypeople since Biblical times and earlier, and is sometimes referred to as hands-on healing, spiritual energy healing or laying on of hands. This type of session promotes total wellness and the integration of body and mind with heart and soul.
